At MM Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we offer a replacement-only policy under the terms mentioned below.
1. Replacement Policy (For Damaged Items Only)
We accept replacements only in the following condition:
- The product received is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, boxes, and bills included.
- You must provide clear photographs or videos showing the damage via email or WhatsApp.
2. How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement request:

- Your Order ID
- Product name
- Clear images/videos of the damaged item
- Description of the issue
- Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will arrange a pickup and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
3. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Once an order is placed and processed, no monetary refund will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- Items returned without proper packaging or tags
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
