Shipping Policy

At MM Jewels, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to delivery timelines, charges, and service coverage.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A nominal fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Express Delivery (where available): Charges will be calculated at checkout based on the location and urgency.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Region Estimated Delivery
  • Metro Cities 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities 4–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas 6–10 business days
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Partners

  • We work with reputed and reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery of your jewelry.
  • A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not yet available.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Army Post Office addresses at this time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please report the issue to care@mmjewels.in within 48 hours of receiving the package (with photos/videos for verification).
  • If the parcel is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by our logistics partner, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
  • In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address, contact unavailability, or customer refusal:
  • The order may be returned to us.
  • A re-delivery charge may apply for re-shipping.
